国有商业银行引入战略投资者的理性思考

2006年底银行业全面开放使各商业银行面临生存挑战,为此通过股权方式引入战略投资者就成为我国商业银行寻求突破的选择之一,但实践中战略合作转化成战略冲突、战略投资者演变为财务投资者的“财务投资者热、战略投资者冷”态势日趋突显。本文试图从国有商业银行与战略投资者博弈角度分析探讨战略投资者引入对我国国有商业银行的变革效应及银行业吸收国际资本的策略调整。

The Analysis of Introducing Strategic Investor in State-owned Commercial Bank

The commercial bank will have faced existing challenge after full opening of bank in China in the end of 2006.the alternative of introducing strategic investor through stock option is become a rift of facing this challenge.However,the main problem in practice is the cooperate may turned to flick and the strategic investor may turned to financial investor.The paper attempts to analyses the effective of this method through the game theory.Then it put forwards the measurement adjustment of absorbing international capital in the state-owned commercial bank.
