| 摘 要： | 本文对61例受检者~(131)I-OIH肾图及有关肾功能检查结果进行综合分析,试图探讨~(131)I-OIH肾图在双肾实质病变时的价值。结果表明:血、尿β-MG均和肾脏指数相关(n=20 γ_血=0.5125 γ_尿=-0.61624),尿β_2-MG和15min残留率相关(n=20,γ=0.6020)。正常人(n=19)与肾病综合症Ⅱ型(n=6),正常人与慢性肾盂肾炎(n=5)间,肾病综合症Ⅰ(n=5)、Ⅱ型间及急(n=5)、慢性肾盂肾炎间肾脏指数存在差异,15min残留率存在显著性差异。不同肾功能组间肾脏指数存在显著性差异。这说明:肾脏指数可以反映肾小管、肾小球的功能,而15min残留率主要反映肾小管功能。

| Abstract: | This paper reports resultes of131--I--OHI--renogram and the reative renal functionanalysis and tries to investigate the value of131--I--OHI to the renal diseases. Results show thatthere is high negative correlation between β_2--MG inserum and Ccr=-0.862). There is correlation be-tween β_2-MG in serum, urine and RI (n=20rs=0.5125 ru=-0.6124) and between β_2--MGin urine and C_(15)(n=20 r=0.6020). There is sig-nificant difference between normal and nephroticsyndrome Ⅱ, between nephrotic syndrome I andnephrotic syndrome Ⅱ and between acute pyclonephritisand chronic pyelonephris in the C_(15) and RI There issigniticant difference in the RI among several renal func-tion groups. This study indicates that the RI reflectstubular and glomenular function, but C_(15) mainly re-flcets tubular function. |
