| 摘 要： | 本文简要回顾了我国高职教育发展的历程,分析了我国高职教育目前仍面临的困境及加强高职教育研究的意义,对目前我国高职院校内设高职教育研究所的定位和职能现状进行了分析,从组织机构、工作内容、人员构成等方面提出了加强我国高职院校内设高职教育研究所的定位;针对其职能方面,提出了我国高职院校内设高职教育研究所应发挥高职教育研究的职能、职业教育政策咨询职能、承担本校教师开展教育研究的培训职能的对策建议。

| Abstract: | T his essay review s the development history of higher vocational education in Chi-na ,analyses the dilemma that Chinese higher vocational education faces ,and discusses the positioning and function of education research institute in higher vocational colleges .It is proposed in this essay that the positioning of education research institute in vocational colle-ges should be enhanced from organization ,working content and personnel .It is also sugges-ted that the education research institute should bring its function in education research ,poli-cy counseling and teachers training into full play . |
