Abstract:The social process is constantly accelerating,which accelerates the progress and innovation of science and technology,and the development of automobile brands is also showing a blossoming scene.The number of cars is increasing every year,which greatly promotes the development of the automotive aftermarket.The competition of products is transformed into competition of services.In the era of service-oriented,automobile after-sales service reception is increasingly valued by automobile business and service-related enterprises.Based on the author's many years of teaching experience in automobile marketing,this article discusses the necessity of a task-based teaching model for the course teaching ofAutomobile Service Reception.
