摘    要:随着新能源汽车的发展,对于电驱系统产品质量要求越来越高。电机测功机作为电驱系统测试的重要设备,其运行的稳定性对于测试验证工作至关重要。由于不同型号的电机的结构和参数不同,每次更换测试电机时,都需要更换电机轴,而更换新的电机轴后往往会出现电机轴剧烈震动的现象。为了找出根本原因并解决此问题,本文选取了某款电机测功机为测试对象,对测试现场和测试过程进行了细致地跟踪、记录和分析,并根据分析结果针对性地提出了优化措施。

Study on Vibration Optimization of Motor Shaft in Dynamometer

Abstract:With the development of new energy vehicles,the product quality requirements for electric drive system are getting higher and higher.Electrical dynamometer is an important equipment for the test of electric drive system,and the stability of the motor is very important for the test and verification.Because different types of motors have the different structure and parameters.Every time when the test motor is replaced,the motor shaft needs to be replaced,and after the replacement of a new motor shaft,the phenomenon of severe vibration of the motor shaft often occurs.To find out the root cause and solve this problem,this paper selects a certain type of dynamometer as the test object,carefully track,record and analyze the test site and test process,and put forward the optimization measures based on the analysis results.
