| 摘 要： | 《道路通行能力手册(HCM2000)》提出了新的城市道路服务水平计算方法,较之传统的服务水平评价更加全面客观。该文通过康梧路的算例对计算方法进行了介绍。计算中,对HCM200的方法进行了调整,以适应国内的道路等级体系。

| Abstract: | The new method to calculate the urban road service is put forward in Road Traffic Capability Manual(HCM2000),and more completely and objectively evaluates the service level than the traditional one.The article introduces the calculation method by the calculating example of Kangwu Road.HCM200 method is adjusted in the calculation so as to suit the local road grade system. |
