| Abstract: | Joint Tactical Radio System(JTRS) is a software programmable multi-band,multi-mode family of networkable radios.Based on the Software Communications Architecture(SCA),JTRS will be developed with a focus toward integrated GIG transformational capabilities.At the same time the JTRS will be backwards compatible with selected legacy radio systems,in order to horizontally and vertically connect with all of the communication networks within the GIG in all of the radio spectrum. |
