| 摘 要： | 为更好地描述内河航道的交通状况与通过能力的关系,引入航道服务水平和服务交通量的相关概念,探讨航道服务水平的确定方法,建立以船舶行驶自由度和航道饱和度为评价指标的指标体系,并结合航道实测交通流数据进行评价验证.评价结果表明:实例航道的运行状态在两个时间段的服务水平为二级,其余时间段为一级,计算等级与主观评价结果一致.因此,该评价体系能够真实反映航道的运行质量,可为航道设计和管理人员提供参考.
