船用两级双排斜齿行星齿轮系统动力学方程的建立

摘    要:单级行星传动的动力学模型及方程已有很多学者研究,但大型船舶中应用的两级双排斜齿行星传动动力学方程的研究还未见报导,为此文章建立了两级双排斜齿行星齿轮系统的弯扭耦合动力学计算模型,并计及啮合刚度、啮合综合误差、阻尼等影响因素;确定了第一级星形轮系和第二级行星轮系的弹性变形协调条件;对各个子结构进行力学模型的建立,并将变形协调条件代入各子结构力学方程,从而得到了整个系统完整、实用的动力学方程。

Abstract:The study on dynamic governing equations of two stage planetary gear train used in ship with double helical tooth was not reported. In this paper, the lateral-torsional coupling dynamic computation model is built, and then considering the factors (such as meshing stiffness, synthetic meshing errors, damping).
