摘    要:船舶上的设备安装限位器后,在冲击过程中碰到限位器时刚度发生突变,必需采用非线性方法进行冲击响应分析。文章首先对限位器的冲击刚度进行模拟计算,随后运用一系列的带间隙的弹簧单元逼近限位器的冲击刚度,实现了虚拟非线性冲击响应。

Abstract:A special shock isolator is used when the displacements of shipboard equipment exceed certain limitation value, and the second shock occurs after the first shock. This non linear problem of supporting stiffness is solved by a new method, firstly the constitution relation of hyper elastic material used in the shock isolator is established; then the non linear behavior of the shock isolator is found by numerical simulation, and is modeled by a set of spring elements with gaps. The non linear problem is solved by Newton Raphson method. The simulation results show that after the second shock, the acceleration will increase greatly, and the amplitude of acceleration is closely related to the limitation values and dynamic behavior of the system. If the second shock occurs at the moment the acceleration of the component under shock is increasing, the direction of acceleration of the component will suddenly change with a large peak value.
