Initial Researches into the IT External Contracting Service

In recent years,China's IT external contracting industry has gained adequate development,facing an increasing scope and pressing problems calling for solution.Based on investigation of and analysis on the status quo of the present situations of the industry,this article puts forth some initial viewpoints concerning the search for the competent service providers and the qualification improvement of the service providers and raises expectations for the IT external contracting service.
