| 摘 要： | 本文用吖啶橙(Acrodine orange)荧光染色法检测了15例有生育能力和30例无生育能力(隐睾症1例、精索静脉曲张7例、睾丸鞘膜积液3例、系高温作业者4例、系经常穿紧身裤衩或牛仔裤者5例、系化学试剂制备工2例、原因不明者8例)男子的精液,结果发现头部发绿色荧光的精子的百分率与精子活动力密切相关,表明此方法可以作为评价男性生育力的一种较为客观的指标。

| Abstract: | This paper reports the results of the study of male sperm with Acrodine orange fluorescent staining in 15 fertile males and 30 infertile males.Among the 30infertile males,there were 1 case with cryptochidism,7cases with varicocele,3 cases with hydrocele testis,4cases who used to work in high temperature,5 caseswho often wear jeans,2 cases who work in chemicalplants and 8 cases without any apparent causes.The re-sult showed that the percentage of the greenishfluorescence at the head of the sperm is closely relatedto the motility of the sperm.This method can be usedas an objective criteria for the evaluation of male fer-tility. |
