舰船柴油机数字化智能化监控系统发展及应用研究

摘    要:文章对国内外舰船柴油机监控系统的功能、特点进行分析,结合国内柴油机监控系统的现状,开展数字化智能化柴油机监控系统的应用研究。基于数字通讯架构监控技术能够兼容现阶段的模拟量控制,同时以其简单的布线、简易的维护性、简便的数据共享等特点,为数字化智能化柴油机监控系统的发展找到了有效途径。文章为数字化智能化柴油机监控系统的发展提出了一个完整的高端DCS系统、一个满足现状的DCS与EGR(或CRS)相结合系统两个发展方向。

Abstract:The function and characteristic of supervise system on vessel diesel engine of internal and overseas were investigated in this paper.The application of digital and intelligentized supervise system of diesel engine was investigated combining with the actuality of supervise system of diesel engine.The figure communicate support supervise technology was compatible with analog control in present phase and it has the characteristic of easy installing lines and facility maintainability and handy share of data.It was a available way for the development of digital and intelligentized supervise system of diesel engine.Two developing directions of digital and intelligentized supervise system of diesel engine were provided in this paper,one was integrity fancy system and the other was the system combined wth DCS and EGR(or CRS) which satisfied the actuality.
