烷基苯装置再生塔HF酸腐蚀行为研究

摘    要:抚顺某HF酸烷基苯Monel合金再生塔短期内频繁发生HF酸腐蚀泄漏,严重违背蒙乃尔合金与HF酸耐蚀优异的天然结合规律。通过腐蚀失效分析和腐蚀机理模拟研究发现,酸系统水含量超标和氧的存在加速了腐蚀,随后提出了对应的防护措施,保障设备长期安全运行。

Abstract:Much HF acid corrosion and leakage frequently has happened in a hydrofluoric acid regeneration tower made by Monel alloy during a short run in one alkyl benzene unit located in Fushun,which does not correspond with the natural combine rule of excellent anti-corrosion between Monel alloy and HF acid.By analyzing corrosion invalidation and research of the corrosion mechanism,it is discovered that the water content that exceeds design value and the existence of oxygen in the acid system that accelerates the corrosion.Consequently,some anti-corrosion security measures are pointed out.
