微乳化生物柴油的制备及其稳定性研究

摘    要:微乳化生物柴油能够降低发动机NOx排放和烟度,还有一定的节能效果,是一种很有前景的代用燃料。采用TX4/TX7复合乳化剂制备了微乳化生物柴油,并系统地考察了复合乳化剂的KHLB值、配比量、乳化方式、水质、醇的种类及环境温度对微乳液稳定性的影响。研究表明,合适的配比可以形成微乳液,而乳化方式、水质和辅助表面活性剂醇对微乳液形成没有大的影响,温度对其稳定性影响比较大,温度越高稳定性越差。

Abstract:The microemulsified biodiesel is a kind of prospective alternative fuel,whose advantages are reductions in the emissions of nitrogen oxides and particulate matters and good economical performance.Take TX4 and TX7 surfactants as compound emulsifying agent.The effects of KHLB value and proportion of mixed surfactants,emulsified method,water quality,the type of alcohol and the ambient temperature on the stability of microemulsion were studied systematically.The results show that the appropriate proportion of compound emulsifying agent is helpful to form the microemulsion,but the emulsified method,the water quality and the type of alcohol have little influence on forming the microemulsion.It is also found in the research that the temperature has a great effect on the stability of microemulsion,that is to say,the stability will be worse if the temperature is high.
