关于科研机构研究生创新能力培养的若干思考

针对科研机构研究人员创新能力需要的紧迫性,结合研究生管理工作的实践,总结研究生创新能力培养的关键环节,对选拔优秀生源、科学设置课程、创新管理体系、建立淘汰机制及建设科研平台等工作提出建立新型培养模式;通过对慎重遴选导师和建立导师责任制的分析提出建立高水平的导师队伍;通过搭建学术交流平台、信息资源平台和改善科研条件等措施来营造良好的科研环境。认为科研机构对创新型人才的培养是一项综合性的系统工程并贯穿于研究生培养的整个过程。

Some Consideration on Creative Power Education of Institute Graduate Student

Abstract： Aimed at the impending requirement of creative power education of institute graduate student, the practice and method of graduate student education were studied, and several key points were analyzed. New education mode was proposed by studying on selecting excellent student, courses setup, management creativeness, competition mechanism, building research condition. High level teacher group were built by studying on selecting teacher strictly and confirming teacher responsibility. Research environment was provided nicely by building learning exchange platform, building information resource platform, and improving research condition. The education of institute graduate student is systems engineering and runs though the whole education course.
