超声波测距技术在轨道吊防撞功能中的应用

摘    要:超声波系统测距具有故障率低,运行可靠、维修方便、成本低廉等优点。简单介绍了轨道桥式集装箱龙门起重机的超声波防撞系统技术。叙述了该系统技术如何在轨道桥上实现,并报告了其应用效果,得出结论:该系统为设备防撞提供了解决方法。

Abstract:Distance measuring by ultrasonic wave system has many advantages,such as less troubles,reliable operation,convenient main tenance and lower cost. This paper introduces the ultrasonic wave system for anti-collision on the RMG. It states the principle of the ultrasonic wave for distance-measuring and how to realize the function on the RMG. It is concluded that this technology has offered a good method for anti-collision of RMG.
