| Abstract: | Through the living example that the partial pumping stations along the in-land river in the city area stopped the operation during "Maisha" Typhoon affecting Shanghai, the article analyzes the difference existing between the drainage facilities and the river flood control facilities, and puts forward the preparation scheme reasonably to control and manage the drainage pumping stations under the emergent condition. |
