摘    要:对IGBT变频器关断浪涌电压产生机理进行分析,介绍采用吸收电路及减小主电路分布电感这两种抑制浪涌电压的方法,并通过实测与仿真进行验证。

Abstract:This paper analyzes the generation mechanism of the surge voltage during the IGBT switching off in inverter,presents two methods to damp this surge voltage,which are introduction of some special snubber circuits and reducing the stray inductance of the main circuit topology.Simulation and experimental results are given to demonstrate the validity and features of these two methods.
