| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the generation mechanism of the surge voltage during the IGBT switching off in inverter,presents two methods to damp this surge voltage,which are introduction of some special snubber circuits and reducing the stray inductance of the main circuit topology.Simulation and experimental results are given to demonstrate the validity and features of these two methods. |
