电解损毁丘脑中央下核对电针抑制大鼠甩尾反射的效应

摘    要:研究发现,双侧电解损毁浅麻大鼠丘脑中央下核(Sm)可明显易化大鼠甩尾(TF)反射,并可明显减弱强电针"足三里"穴对TF反射的抑制作用,但对弱电针的作用无明显影响。这一结果表明Sm可能参与痛觉的调制过程,并在针刺镇痛,尤其是细纤维传入产生的镇痛中具有重要作用。

Abstract:This study found in lightly anesthetized rats that bilateral electrolytic lesions of the thalamic Nucleus Submedius(Sm) markedly facilitated the rat tail flick (TF) reflex and depressed the antinociceptive effects elicited by high intensity electroacupuncture(EA) stimulation of "Zusanli point",but did not change the effects elicited by low intensity EA stimulation. The results show that the Sm may be involved in modulation of nociception and play an important role in the antinociceptive effects elicited by EA stimulation activating small afferent fibers.
