Particularity of shiprepair enterprise exists in combination of managing and producing; And its difficult to predict the project. This paper expounds the particularity on managing that is from the paticularity on producing. Those are the two managing objects： understanding and pre-understanding. Understanding means knowing the states of the enterprise at any time; Pre-understanding means knowing all the requirements on man-power, materials, equipments and funds according the project amount which has been known.
