摘    要:教师的幸福指教师育才成功的舒畅心理体验,它分为教师的教育过程幸福与教师的教育结果幸福,二者互相区别又互相依存、互为条件、互相转化。改革应试教育的教师评价制度,建立全面的关注"教育增加值"的教师评价制度,为教师既能够享有教育过程幸福又能够享有教育结果幸福创造条件。

Abstract:Teachers' happiness refers to the comfortable psychological experience when education is successfully completed. It is divided into teachers' happiness in the process of education and of educational outcome. Actually, these two aspects are distinct, interdependent, mutual conditions and mutual conversion. Reforming the teachers evaluation system in the exam-oriented education and establishing the comprehensive concern "education value added" can create the conditions for teachers who enjoy the process of education and the outcome of education.
