| 摘 要： | 提出船舶挥发性有机物(Volatile Organic Compounds, VOCs)治理体系的总体要求，分析船舶涂装VOCs排放量。探讨船舶VOCs治理措施，从低VOCs环保船舶涂料开发与应用研究、修造船涂装作业的过程控制和VOCs末端治理技术等3个方面展开系统论述，并提出国内船坞区域涂装作业和VOCs控制技术的发展方向。

| Abstract: | The overall requirements of ship VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds) treatment system are proposed, and the emissions of ship painting VOCs are analyzed. The ship VOCs treatment measures are explored, the systematic discussion is conducted in development and application research of marine low-VOCs environmental protection coatings, painting operation process control of ship repair and construction, and VOCs end treatment technology, and the development directions of painting operation and VOCs control technology in domestic dock areas are proposed. |
