摘    要:以某自升式钻井平台为例,详细介绍悬臂梁负载试验所采用的试验载荷和工况。采用有限元分析软件对悬臂梁进行结构建模,并将模型理论结果与修正的试验测量结果进行对比分析。实际变形量与理论变形量吻合较好,可对悬臂梁负载试验方法和变形分析提供有效的指导。

Abstract:Taken a jack-up drilling platform as an example, the test load and working condition of cantilever beam load test are introduced in detail. The structural modeling of cantilever beam is conducted with the finite element analysis software, and the theoretical model results are compared with the modified test results. The actual deformation values are in better agreement with the theoretical deformation values, which can provide effective guidance for the load test method and deformation analysis of cantilever beam.
