脱镁叶绿三酸在荷瘤小鼠体内的分布

摘    要:本文报道用荧光分光光度法测定脱镁叶绿三酸在S_(180)腹水瘤荷瘤小鼠体内的分布及肿瘤组织与不同组织间的分布比。静注20mg/kg的脱镁叶绿三酸6h后,不同组织中的药物浓度均达峰值。药后24h,药物在肿瘤与皮肤及骨骼肌之间的分布差距最大,肿瘤/皮肤和肿瘤/骨骼肌分布比分别为19和34。实验结果表明脱镁叶绿三酸是一种具有发展前途的新型肿瘤光化学诊治剂。

Abstract:Distribution of Chlorin e6 in different tissue ofS_(180) ascites sarcoma-besring mice determined byfluospectrophotometry was reported in this paper. Thepeak values of drug concentration in different tissues ap-peared at 6h after iv. administration of 20mg/kg ofChlorin e6. The maximum values of tumor to muscleand tumor to skin ratios were 34 and 19 respectively, itwas achieved at 24h affer the drug injection and thedrug concentrations in different tissues at this time werein order of liver>tumor>skin>muscle. The result of the experiment shows that Chlorin e6is a new promising tumor-photolocalizing and photo-chemotherapeutic agent.
