血管紧张素Ⅱ2型受体mRNA在大鼠心肌生长发育及老龄化中的表达变化

摘    要:目的 阐明血管紧张素Ⅱ 2型受体 (angiotensinⅡtype 2receptor,AT2 )在大鼠心肌生长发育及老龄化中的地位。方法 采用RT PCR方法观察不同生长阶段大鼠心肌组织AT2受体mRNA的表达及其增龄性变化 ,并经DNA测序验证PCR产物的正确性。结果 幼年大鼠心肌组织AT2受体mRNA的表达水平较高 ,而在成年及老年大鼠心肌中的表达水平显著低于幼鼠心肌 (P <0 .0 1,n =4 )。结论 血管紧张素Ⅱ可能参与了心肌细胞的生长发育及老龄化过程 ,而这一作用与AT2受体可能有密切关系

Abstract:Objective To investigate the role of angiotensinⅡtype 2 receptor in the growth and aging process of rat myocardium. Methods RT-PCR was used to observe the changes of AT2 receptor mRNA expression. The PCR products were confirmed by DNA sequencing. Results Our findings showed that AT2 mRNA was abundant in the neonatal rat myocardium, whereas a dramatic decrease in expression was found in the myocardium of adult and aging rats (P< 0.01,n= 4). Conclusion These results suggest that angiotensin Ⅱmay be involved in the growth and aging process of rat heart,which may be mediated mainly by angiotensinⅡtype 2 receptor.
