| 摘 要： | 本论文从城市中心区域住宅项目建设可能引发交通问题出发，提出城市中心区域的概念及其界定方法，结合哈尔滨市盟科官邸住宅项目实例和同类住宅小区调研数据资料，运用交通影响度分析方法，对其建成后对周边路网的交通影响进行预测分析，提出了改善路网交通状况的措施和建议。

| Abstract: | Based on the traffic problems caused by residential projects of the city, this paper proposed a conception of city central area and the determined method of it. Combined with the example of Meng Ke Guan Di in Harbin city, using the method of traffic impact degree analysis, the traffic impact on the around streets after construction was forecasted and analyzed with VISSIM software. The measure for improving traffic condition was put foreword and the effect of improved schemes were evaluated. |
