真空灌浆技术在预应力混凝土中的运用

摘    要:在后张预应力混凝土结构中,孔道中的灌浆是防止预应力筋锈蚀的重要防线。目前国内基本都采取压浆法进行孔道灌浆,该法容易造成灌浆不密实,从而导致预应力筋腐蚀,造成严重后果。介绍了真空灌浆技术的原理和主要技术特点,包括工艺流程及水泥浆设计等。

Abstract:In a prestressed concrete structure,grouting in holes is an important method to protect prestressed reinforcing bar from rust.At present,the method of pressing slurry in holes is basically adopted in domestic construction.But this method is likely to lead to the leak grouting and prestressed reinforcing bar to rust,and it will easily cause serious consequence.In this text,vacuum grouting technology principle and main technology feature is introduced,including technical flow process and slurry design etc.
