摘    要:为避免除冰设备作业时设备与飞机发生剐蹭事故,研发了一套除冰车臂架辅助防碰撞控制系统。该防碰撞控制系统主要由臂架姿态检测系统、距离检测系统、显示系统、视频监控系统及语音报警系统等部分组成,采用多传感器检测,多摄像头辅助,配合显示器FLASH动画实时姿态显示,可控制除冰车在进行除冰作业时臂架与飞行器保持一定的安全距离,有效防止除冰车作业区域臂架与飞机俯视重叠区域发生碰撞。

Design of De-icing Vehicle Boom Assistant Anti-collission System
Abstract:In order to avoid the occurrence of accidents with the aircraft during the operation of the de-icing equipment, a de-icing vehicle boom assisted anti-collision control system was developed. The anti-collision control system is mainly composed of a boom movement detection system, a distance detection system, a display system, a video monitoring system, a voice alarm system, etc., and adopts multi-sensor detection, multi-camera assistance, and real-time gesture display of the display FLASH animation, for controlling the de-icing vehicle to maintain a certain safe distance between the boom and the aircraft during the de-icing operation, effectively preventing the collision between the boom of the de-icing vehicle working area and the overlapping area of the aircraft.
