摘    要:根据电池包安全性能要求,需对电池包进行振动试验以验证该电池包结构及性能的可靠性。现对某电池包进行振动试验后,发现在20~24Hz时模组及模组固定支架附近发生共振现象,基于该问题现对该电池进行结构模态分析,并调整结构以寻找解决方案。

Modal Analysis Optimization and Test Verification of A Battery Pack
Abstract:According to the requirement of safety performance of battery pack, vibration test should be carried out to verify the reliability of structure and performance of battery pack. The vibration test of a battery pack shows that the resonance phenomenon occurs near the module and the fixed bracket of the module at 20 to 24HZ. Based on this problem, the structural modal analysis of the battery is carried out and the structure is adjusted to find a solution.
