摘 要: | 运用计算流体力学仿真方法对某纯电动商用车空调机组性能进行分析与研究。利用商用前处理软件ICEM CFD进行该车辆空调机组模型网格划分,采用商用CFD软件ANSYS Fluent进行三维流场仿真计算,分析了空调机组内部流场分布及换热器表面速度分布情况,为改善空调机组性能,降低车辆能耗提供了理论依据。

Abstract: | Computer Fluid Dynamics simulation is used to study and reserch the performance of a pure electric commercial vehicle air conditioning unit.ICEM CFD is used to take grid discretization of the air conditioning unit,using the commercial CFD software ANSYS Fluent software to take the flow field calculation.It calculates the inner flow field distribution and heat exchange velocity distribution,which provides theoretical basis for improving AC performance and reduce vehicle energy consumption. |
