摘    要:为满足高强钢伸缩臂体制造工艺的特殊要求,介绍了具有高起重性能的汽车起重机伸缩臂体焊接制造工艺及伸缩臂体拼焊专用定位夹紧装置。这种伸缩臂体焊接制造工艺方法和拼焊专用定位夹紧装置,可以很好地保证伸缩臂体的综合性能和制造精度。

Manufacture Process and Clamp Design of Truck Crane Telescopic Boom
Abstract:In order to meet the special requirements of the manufacturing process requirements of high-strength steel telescopic boom body, the welding manufacturing process of the telescopic arm body of the truck crane with high lifting performance and the special positioning clamping device for the telescopic arm body tailoring welding are introduced. The telescopic arm body welding manufacturing method and the tailor-made positioning and clamping device can well ensure the comprehensive performance and manufacturing precision of the telescopic arm body.
