摘    要:针对某新能源轻卡电池热管理机组,利用前处理软件HyperMesh对机组进行了网格划分,之后利用非线性有限元求解器软件ABAQUS进行NVH性能计算。首先对该机组进行了模态分析,然后按汽车用空调标准规定的振动试验要求对机组进行了谐响应分析,通过分析结果考察各零部件受力情况,验证了设计方案的合理性。

Abstract:For the battery thermal management unit of a new energy light truck,HyperMesh software was used to conduct mesh for the unit, and then the NVH performance was calculated by ABAQUS software. Firstly, the modal analysis of the unit is carried out, and then the harmonic response analysis is carried out according to the vibration test requirements specified in the standard of automotive air conditioning. The rationality of the design scheme is verified by examining the stress of each component through the analysis results.
