摘    要:针对固沙车插草机构液压回路中,液压缸运动速度快,换向频率高,负载变化剧烈,系统冲击振动大的现象,分析了用蓄能器及差动回路组成的插草液压回路的工作原理和结构特点,建立了基于AMESim模型仿真的插草机构液压回路。研究了液压缸缓冲、蓄能器容积及预充压力对插草机构液压缸动态特性的影响,为此类液压回路中相关液压元件选型设计及优化匹配提供了参考。

Analysis of Dynamic Characteristics of Hydraulic Circuit of Sand-fixing Vehicle Based on AM
Abstract:In the hydraulic circuit of the sand-fixing vehicle, the movement speed of the hydraulic cylinder is fast, the commutation frequency is high, the load changes drastically, and the system shocks and vibrates greatly. The work of the hydraulic circuit composed of the accumulator and the differential circuit is analyzed. Based on the principle and structural characteristics, the hydraulic circuit of the grass-fixing vehicle based on AMESim model simulation was established. The influence of hydraulic cylinder buffer, accumulator volume and pre-charge pressure on the dynamic characteristics of the hydraulic cylinder of the grass-fixing vehicle is studied, which provides a reference for the selection and optimization of the relevant hydraulic components in such hydraulic circuits.
