国人切牙孔和切牙管的观察与测量

作者研究了西安地区收集的140例(男女各70例)成人颅骨切牙孔和切牙管的形态、径线以及切矛孔与周围有关结构的距离。其主要结果如后:①切牙孔近似圆形者占57.20％;椭圆形占40.10％;不规则形占2.70％。②切牙孔的矢径平均值为5.99±0.14毫米;横径平均值为5.05±0.09毫米。③切牙孔与周围有关结构的距离:前距平均值为5.14±0.18毫米;左侧距平均值为10.82±0.14亳米;右侧距平均值为10.91±0.13毫米。④切牙管之方向几乎全为直的。其长度平均值为12.17±0.28毫米。

Measurement and Observation of Incisive foramen and Incisive Canal in Chinese

The morphological study was made on the incisive foramen and incisive canal of 140 adult skulls (70 females and 70 males)in the Xi'an area. The distance between the incisive foramen and the structures around it was also measured. The results are as follows: 1. Nearly round incisive foramina are 57.2％, elliptical 40.1％ and irregular 2.7％. 2. The sagittal distance of the incisive foramen is 5.99±0.14 mm and the horizontal distance 5.05±0.09 mm. 3. The anterior distance from the incisive foramen to the structure around it is 5.14±0.18 mm, the left distance 10.82±0.14 mm and the right distance 10.91±0.13 mm. 4. The incisive canal is nearly ventral and its mean lenght is 12.17±0.28 mm.
