摘    要:在复合地层中采用盾构法进行隧道施工,由于缺少有效、直观的刀具磨损检测方法,存在着刀具使用不足或磨损严重的问题,而刀具更换是否及时合理,直接关系到施工进度及工程经济效益。结合武汉三阳路长江隧道复合地层的地质特点和所使用盾构具备常压换刀功能的特殊性,对盾构刀具寿命进行分析计算,得出各类刀具在不同工况条件下使用的环数,以此对盾构刀具更换提供合理依据。

Analysis and Prediction of Life of Super-large Diameter Slurry Shield Cutters in Composite Strata

Abstract:Because of the lack of effective and intuitive tool wear detection methods, there is a lack of tool use or serious wear and tear in the use of shield method for tunnel construction in composite strata. Whether tool replacement is timely and reasonable is directly related to construction progress and engineering economic benefits. Based on the geological characteristics of the composite strata in the Yangtze River Tunnel in Wuhan, and the particularity of the shield with the function of changing the cutter at normal pressure, the life of the shield cutter is analyzed and calculated, and the number of rings used in different working conditions is obtained, so as to provide the rational basis for the replacement of the shield tool.
