摘    要:从目前已运营及在建的现代有轨电车与城市道路之间横断面布置、平纵线形指标、交通组织关系出发,分析现行和在编的现代有轨电车设计规范、城市道路设计规范的相关规定及适用性。结合现行和在编相关规范的规定,通过工程实践,针对交叉口竖向设计、慢行系统空间、路段行人过街需求、二次过街安全岛设置、其他交通安全管理设施(如交通标线、分车道指示牌、信号灯、电子警察抓拍系统等)等方面做出适用性探讨。建议在规划和建设现代有轨电车初期重视现代有轨电车与城市道路之间的交通关系,在设计和施工期间关注现代有轨电车与城市道路之间的土建衔接。亟待出台相关行业规范,减少现代有轨电车与城市道路的交通冲突,提高设计、施工及管理效率,从而缩短建设周期。

Abstract:In this study, we assessed the cross-sectional arrangement, horizontal and vertical linear indicators, and traffic organization relationship between the modern tramways and municipal roads that are in operation or under construction. The current and in-service tram design specifications, municipal road design specifications, and applicable regulations were analyzed. We combined the current and in-code regulations through engineering practices, and the applicability of the vertical design of intersections, slow system space, pedestrian crossing requirements, secondary crossing island safety settings, and other traffic safety management facilities such as traffic marking, lane marking, signal lights, and the electronic police capture system were proposed. Recommendations were made to focus on the traffic relationship between the modern tramways and municipal roads in the initial planning and construction stages. Attention should also be given to the connection between the modern tramways and municipal roads during the design and construction period. There is an urgent requirement to introduce the relevant industry norms, reduce traffic conflicts between the modern tramways and municipal roads, and improve the design, construction and management efficiency, all of which can considerably shorten the construction period.
