摘    要:青岛地铁八号线过海段区间段东大洋站~青岛北站,位于胶州湾东北部红岛东湾湾口海底。本项目为青岛地铁八号线的重要节点工程。该隧道全长7926m,具有距离长、埋深大、地质条件复杂和不明障碍物等难点和风险。通过对砂性土和复合地层中隧道面稳定和地表沉降控制、粉质粘土和泥质砂岩中的刀盘结泥饼、岩层中刀具和刀盘的磨损、多处断层破碎带等工程重难点分析,本文阐述了如何根据复杂的水文地质和项目条件进行盾构机的针对性改造和风险控制,保障项目的工期和安全。

Mix-Shield Machine Rebuilt for Qingdao Metro Sea Crossing Tunnel

Abstract:Qingdao Metro Line 8 Sea Crossing Section Dong Dayang Station~Qingdao North Station is located in the northeast of Jiaozhou Bay East of Hongdao Bay undersea. This project is an important node project for Qingdao metro line 8. The tunnel is 7926m long. It has many difficulties and risks such as long distance, deep burial, complicated geological conditions and unknown obstacles. This paper expounds how to carry out the shield machine according to the complex hydrologic ground and the project conditions, through the analysis of the stability and settlement control of the tunnel surface in sandy soil and the composite stratum, the knives in the silty clay and the clay sandstone, the wear of the cutters and cutter discs in the rock layer and the multi fault fracture zone. Sexual transformation and risk control to ensure the duration and safety of the project.
