摘    要:国内首次自主研发的三开组合道岔结构复杂,制造加工难度大,可实现两条横向与两条纵向并行线路之间的分别连接及转向,是轨道交叉口迫切需求的一种道岔形式,其应用前景极其广泛。道岔整体平面布置依照轨道走向需求进行设计,相邻道岔中心的合理间距为6.05 m,在满足机车安全有效运行和道岔结构完整可靠的同时,使得道岔的整体长度达到最小,可最大限度地节省道岔占地空间,提高场地的利用率。道岔结构采用模块化设计,包含4组转辙器、16颗合金钢辙叉及多种零配件,分为第1转辙器区、第2转辙器区、复合辙叉区、中间菱形区、尾部菱形区等5部分。

Abstract:This project is the first one that the Chinese have independently researched with three combined turnouts. This project involves a type of turnout that has the most complex structure among modern rail transit turnouts. Despite the difficulty in manufacturing, the connection and steering between two horizontal parallel lines and two longitudinal parallel lines was realized, which is urgently needed at the intersection. Its application prospects are extremely extensive. The plain layout of the turnout is designed in light?of the track trend. The reasonable distance between two adjacent switches is 6.5 m to ensure the safe and effective operation of the locomotive and the integrity and reliability of the turnout structure. The overall length of the turnout is minimal, saving space of the turnout and maximizing the utilization ratio of the site. Modular design of the turnout structure consists of four sets of switches, 16 alloy steel frogs, and various spare parts. The turnout is divided into five parts: the first switch area, second switch area, compound frog area, middle diamond area, tail diamond area.
