越江隧道泥岩段掘进技术研究

摘    要:以武汉轨道交通3号线穿越汉江段盾构掘进为背景,针对该泥岩段掘进速度慢、扭矩大、泥浆门堵塞、刀 盘结泥饼等技术难题,经过隧道领域专家论证及与高校技术合作,通过数据分析对比,针对性地采取进舱处理泥 饼、改良盾构机循环系统及刀盘冲刷系统、改良泥浆、优化掘进参数、优化掘进方式等措施,从而很大程度上解 决泥岩段掘进中遇到的问题,对类似工程有一定的参考价值。

Research on the Tunneling Technology of Mudstone in Tunnel

Abstract:The slow speed, torque on the mudstone, mud gate jams, knife intertwining of the mud cake, and other technical problems are addressed against the background of shield tunneling in Hanjiang River section of Wuhan Rail Transit Line No. 3. Meetings with tunnel domain experts, technical cooperation with colleges and universities, data analysis, and visits to a warehouse handling mud cakes yielded an improvement in the shield machine circulation system and cutting wheel washing system, improvement in the mud, optimization of parameters, and optimization of the excavation method. This has largely solved the mudstone problems in advance. This study has a certain reference value to similar projects.
