摘    要:武汉地铁6号线十标琴台站~武胜路站区间是联系汉阳和汉口两个主城区的关键纽带,并下穿汉江。该区间盾构下穿汉江段具有地层复杂的特点,其开挖断面有强风化、中风化、微风化泥岩,泥岩矿物中黏土矿物含量高,这导致了在盾构掘进过程中刀盘易结泥饼,且由于微风化泥岩存在,进一步加剧了已结泥饼的刀盘的磨损,严重影响盾构掘进。本文以此为依托背景,针对在高粘度泥岩土层中掘进时遇到的掘进参数恶化、刀盘过载跳停、仓压波动大等问题,采取了泥岩的X衍射实验报告分析和电子显微镜分析其组成成分等一系列手段,并结合整个施工过程系统地分析了这些问题产生的原因;之后在实验基础上提出了一套关于泥水平衡盾构施工的物理方法+化学方法的高效组合方法,比如增加刀盘面部冲刷和优化泥浆的流变特性等。实践证明,这些措施有效的提高了掘进速度并节约了很多费用,这对类似盾构施工工程提供了一定的参考价值。

Research on Comprehensive Technology of Shield Tunneling in High-Viscosity Mudstone

Abstract:Wuhan Railway Line 6 Shibiao Qintai Station to Wusheng Road Station is the key link between Hanyang and Hankou, and runs through the Han River. The lower shield section of the interval is complex, and the lower part of the tunnel is below the Han River section. The excavation section has strong weathering, moderate weather, and weathering mudstones. The clay minerals contain high content of clay minerals. During the shield tunneling process, the cutter heads tend to cling to the mud cakes. The presence of micro weathered mudstones will further aggravate the mud cakes. The wear of the cutter head has seriously affected the shield tunneling. Based on this background, this paper studies and discusses problems such as deterioration of excavating parameters, cutter-disk overload trips, large fluctuations in storage pressure, difficulty in mud slag discharge, and deterioration of mud parameters encountered during excavation in high-viscosity shale layers. The X-diffraction experimental report analysis of mudstone and the observation of the electron microscope, careful analysis of its composition, based on this, combined with the entire construction process systematically analyzed the causes of these problems, and based on the experimental results A set of physical methods for the construction of slime-balanced shields + an efficient combination of chemical methods, such as increasing the face washout of the cutterhead and optimizing the rheological properties of the mud, have proven that these measures can effectively increase the speed of the tunneling and save a lot of costs. This provides a certain reference value for similar shield construction projects.
