泥水盾构钢套筒接收技术研究

摘    要:本文以武汉地铁六号线琴台站~武胜路站区间泥水盾构左线接收为工程背景,针对武胜路站到达端头具有水位较高、埋深较大以及场地狭小等特点,泥水盾构到达接收过程容易发生漏水、涌砂等风险,选用素墙+钢套筒+辅助降水接收方案。对钢套筒进行了设计研究,包括筒体、后端盖、反力架等方面设计,详尽论述了泥水盾构法施工钢套筒接收关键技术,主要包括确定端头加固的合理方法、钢套筒安装工艺流程、钢套筒各部件详细安装工法及流程、泥水盾构接收段的掘进工法等,可以为类似泥水盾构接收提供工程借鉴。

Abstract:This paper, taking wuhan metro line 6 qintai stand between ~ Wu Shenglu station receives the engineering background of the left line of slurry shield, against Wu Shenglu stand to end with a higher water level is higher, buried depth and space narrow, slurry shield to receiving process prone to leaking, flood risk such as sand, choose cotton of element wall steel sleeve + + auxiliary precipitation receiving scheme. Has carried on the design research of steel sleeve, including cylinder, back end cover, counterforce aspects such as design, detailed discusses the slurry shield construction steel sleeve receive key technologies, including a reasonable way to determine the end reinforcement, steel sleeve installation technological process, the steel sleeve parts detailed installation method and process, slurry shield for the receiving section excavation method, etc., can provide engineering reference for the similar slurry shield to receive.
