摘 要: | 在长株潭城际铁路湘江隧道施工中,为克服工程地质复杂、水压大、盾构掘进距离长等施工难点,通过盾构机针对性设计、地质超前勘察、渣土改良、掘进参数优化、合理注浆管理等措施,总结出一套大直径土压平衡盾构穿越湘江的施工方法,为今后类似工程施工提供借鉴经验。

Abstract: | This paper summarizes a set of construction methods for an EPB shield under Xiangjiang River; this set includes a special design shield, advanced geological survey, muck improvement, excavation parameter optimization, and reasonable grout. The aim is to address construction difficulties such as complex geology, high water-pressure, and long excavation distance. This will provide some experience for similar projects. |
