摘    要:结合北京地铁6号线西延田村站工程建设实践,对车站深孔注浆施工过程中所遇到的各类问题以及深孔注浆加固土体的效果等影响因素进行分析,得到针对于田村站类似砂卵石、粉细砂无水地层采用后退式深孔注浆施工工艺配合4分管注浆工艺的土体加固效果及影响因素,并提出后退式深孔注浆施工工艺配合4分管注浆工艺的注浆效果基本可以满足类似砂卵石、粉细砂无水地层现场土方开挖的要求。同时在注浆机械选型过程中应优先选择机械灵活且钻孔角度、高度调整幅度大的智能化注浆设备,且注浆浆液宜采用水泥-水玻璃双液浆与化学浆的混合液,并根据注浆效果,结合现场地层条件的变化,提出灵活调整孔位和注浆方法,及时地进行补注浆的建议措施,从而为今后在类似地层进行深孔注浆施工提供有益的借鉴和参考。

Abstract:This study, along with the construction practice of West Yantiancun station of Line 6, Beijing Metro, analyzes various problems encountered in the deep-hole grouting techniques employed in building this station and the soil reinforcement effect of using the techniques. The influential factors are explored that contribute to the reinforcement effect of back deep-hole grouting by using grouting pipes in constructing subway stations where the soil contains pebbles and fine sand. Moreover, the study shows that the techniques can satisfy the requirements of starting earthworks in the soil with sand gravel and fine sand but without water. An intelligent grouting machine should be chosen with mechanical flexibility, good drilling angles, and a wide adjustment range. A mixture of cement slurry and water glass as well as chemical slurry should be used as grouting slurry. The positions of the holes and grout methods should be adjusted in line with different conditions of different soil strata. The measures for the timing of refilling slurry are described to provide references for similar projects using deep-hole grouting techniques in the future.
