| 摘 要： | 在分析关中城市群经济发展现状及城际铁路规划的基础上，深入研究城际铁路的功能定位和建设的必要性，认为关中城市群已经具备建设城际铁路的能力且时机已经成熟。该城际铁路的建成对城市群的可持续发展具有重要的作用和意义。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of economic situation and the planning of inter-city rail, function localization and necessity of Guanzhong city group are studied in an all-round way. The conclusion is that it could build the inter-city railway and the time is ripe. If the inter-city railway are built, it is will play an important role on sustaining the development of Guanzhong city group. |
