摘    要:非稳定工况下作用于内燃机曲轴的激扰力矩不具周期性,因此常规计算稳定工况(采用周期性激扰力矩)内燃曲轴扭振响应的方法和程序难以适用。在现有内燃机曲轴扭振计算分析软件TVCA及数据库基础上,采用经典非周期激扰力矩计算方法,开发了用于计算非稳定工况曲轴扭振响应的程序,并进行了验证和应用。

Abstract:The driving torque that acted on the crankshaft was not periodic under unsteady condition,so the algorithm that was used to calculate crankshaft torsional vibration of steady condition was not feasible.Based on the TVCA software and the torsional vibration database,the crankshaft torsional vibration calculation program of unsteady condition was developed and testified with the typical calculation method of nonperiodic driving torque.
