铁路货运车流预控系统设计研究

在铁路运输货物过程中,在铁路局与铁路局或者站与站分界口出现违流、违编现象,不但浪费大量运输成本,而且直接影响到运输效率及效益,需要采取有效措施合理组织车流.本文提出一种铁路货运车流预控系统设计方案,通过建立车流多维分析模型,使用数据仓库集成现有电子确报、预确报、车号识别以及货运精密统计系统数据,分析货物运输车流接入交出重车去向,为车流运输提供决策依据,以减少违流运输和机车车辆浪费,实现效益最大化,提高站段列车编组质量.
