基于竞争失效模式的发送器和接收器的故障分析

摘    要:通过收集ZPW-2000A轨道电路的发送器和接收器的现场返修数据,对发送器和接收器的常见故障模式进行分类统计,使用"竞争失效模式"的方法对其分别进行分析,提出一些改进的建议.并选取二参数威布尔分布作为可靠性模型,采用线性回归的方法进行模型的参数估计.

Abstract:In this paper,the repairing data of transmitter and receiver in the field was collected,the common failure modes were counted.By using the method of CFM(competing failure modes) to analyze them,some suggestions were given to improve them.Two Parameters Weibull Distribution was selected as reliability model to estimate the parameters of the mode by linear regression method.
