| 摘 要： | 采用数据包络分析法中的C2R模型对天津港11年的统计数据进行分析，得到相应的运营效率值以及各年份的规模收益；同时对计算结果进行综合分析，得出致使某年份非DEA有效的原因，并指出进一步改进的方向。通过运用数据包络分析法，寻找港口生产中存在的瓶颈，从而可为优化资源配置、提高管理效率和经济效益提供理论基础。
