泡沫沥青就地冷再生技术在浙江省04省道大修中的应用实践

摘    要:对浙江省04省道泡沫沥青就地冷再生应用项目进行了介绍,应用中研究了再生铣刨速度对材料级配的影响,以及铣刨速度的确定方法。对现场材料的力学性能进行了检测和评价,结果表明现场材料的性能基本能够满足设计要求;工艺实践中,总结了就地再生的施工流程,对施工关键环节的施工经验进行了总结。

Abstract:The paper introduces the application of the cold recycling technology in place with foamed bitumen in the Provincial Highway No.04 of Zhejiang. The application research focuses on the influence of the milling velocity of recycler on the gradation of materials and the methods how to determine the milling velocity. These performances are based on Marshall Methods, Indirect Tensile Strength and Undefined Strength. And the test results from the jobsites could basically reach the specification. The paper also put forward the flow chart of the cold recycling in place process, and summaries the experiences during the construction.
